At Goodsora, operated by RETAIL RING PTY LTD, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return experience for our customers across the United States. Please review the following policy for details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction. The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided the following conditions are met:
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
3. Return Process
All returns must be conducted by mail. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at care@goodsora.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your request is approved, we will confirm the return address. A prepaid return label is included in your original package for your convenience. If you cannot find it, please contact us for a digital copy.
- Packing: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Drop-off: Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your local mail carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx as indicated on the label).
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective, Goodsora will cover the full cost of return shipping. You will not be charged any fees.
- For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, you may use our prepaid label. Please note that return shipping costs are free of charge
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product of equal value, please contact us at care@goodsora.shop.
6. Fees & Refunds
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on any returns.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
